NJ:Senator Ritchie Hires Graham Wise as Chief of Staff

GRAHAM WISE, CHIEF OF STAFF FOR RITCHIE
Graham Wise, Senator Wright's Chief of Staff and now Senator Ritchie's Chief of Staff.  Is there not many qualified individuals to choose from or none that have the experience. This should be an interesting selection and time will tell if he can slide back into the saddle. Some call him an insider but those are the people that know the system.

This is what they all do. First run a popular figurehead.. Her popularity won.. Then get someone to run your offices, gofers. Then get someone to run your media bulls---. Then someone to run the entire show. You dont know what to do so get someone that does..
Cant blame her however its what they all do.... I thought she was going to change things......

Change is what we are looking for, that will Senator Ritchie's job. Staff will have their job and her job will to be support legislation that we are looking for.

The budget should devastate both the schools, hospitals, and state jobs. 60 - 70 percent of population her receive some kind of services.

Actually I,m more interested in who replaces Ritchie.. The woman in charge now Ms. Rupp openly called Cuomo a phoney and campaigned locally for Palidino. I wonder if Cuomo will appoint someone from his own party or just let this ride out until the election.

1203.. What are you saying.. I know you mean well but your grammar and spelling is worse than mine. Actually I dont see anything happening that wouldnt happen under Aubertine... This is not change as she promised this is status quo....

Your absolutely correct. The county clerk appointment is very important. Ms Rupp is not the personality that Ms Ritchie is. The more suited person to have been put in charge is Cathy Streeter. Cathy just dosnt run with the rich crowd. She is much more qualified and has the personality to go with it.
Rumors has John Putney presently a legislator the Dems front runner.

She hires someone to tell her what to do.. She already has Skleos and Libous to do that.. This woman dosnt have a clue does she... Oh well theya ll do it.. We just pay for it.

I got a kick out of Chucks comments today.. He accused the Dems of playing politics in hiring a replacement for Rupp.
I think the GOP is playing games. Get someone new hired to replace Rupp. Then have Cuomo appoint someone else. Now we have one extra worker who wont be laid of and we all know it. Just leave well enough alone and wait on the Governors decision.

i am not a "yeasayer" for Senator Ritchie as a matter of fact i've been critical . That said: ANY good leader
KNOWS what they do not know , and surrounds themselves with GOOD expertise . Be it industry , business or public service , the most ineffective leaders are those who THINK they KNOW everything and out of insecurity make every decision without benefit of expertise . They are Lone Rangers , usually ineffective and are stressed to the max as a result .

Know it alls as leaders are usually failures .

Next point: anyone who thinks the "elected" at ANY level of government is the real decision maker and fount of all knowledge is sadly naive. Chief's of staff and legislative assistants are the REAL POWER behind the "elected" at every level.

BTW the SAME may be said of CEO's in the private sector ! The BEST surround themselves with "they who think otherwise " and get a broad spectrum of expert opinion .

Let it be known that Graham Wise may be a liability!

If Mr Wise proves to be so then ANY GOOD LEADER would Recognize that fact after observation and evaluation and TERMINATE an under-performer
