City Not Taking Money For the 150 Tickets
City Giving Violators a Break
A few people I know went to pay their fine and their money was returned. Someone is doing the right thing. The weather was not an issue that night , therefore issuing these tickets was not warranted.

It had to be Mr Sciorra as the council dosnt get involved with the running of the city. Nice gesture on his last day of work. A lot of city paid time went into writing these tickets. Someone and the chief must sit down and get on the same page. Then the chief must address his officers. This was done obviously to enrage an already inflamed public...
