These next two years will make or break Mrs. Ritchie. She has a good head on her shoulders and has made common sense decisions on issues in the past. That is what we need, someone to stay the course, no matter how much it hurts and not be swayed by special interest. Mrs. Ritchie is in deep and uncharted waters but has proved resilient when the odds have been against her. Good luck, and get to work.

Senator Aubertine will be given an Albany job by the Cuomo administration to continue his fine work. In two years he will decide whether or not to seek the nomination of his party for Senator. I think he will be a Republican by that time.
Ritchie and Blankenbush and Addie just took their oath of office and now they will run to Massena and attempt to posture themselves as the force that brought Alcoa back to Massena... What a racket heh..
This decision was made months ago and any political bowing takes place it should be Aubertine and DeDe but no politics was involved. Its a corperate decision and will save this business millions over years.
Whoever does this site needs to have more commentary. The same topics sit here for days.. Space them out the citizens of Ogdensburg want to tell their stories more often
