Journal:Senate Passes Recharge New York Bill Tuesday
Power for Jobs
This bill will give an energy break to small and large businesses that create jobs. We can only hope the assembly start to move forward on spurring the economy. NYS's economy needs all the help it can get.Ag. Chair Senator Ritchie inclusion of the farmers could make a difference in the farm community. Farmers at the mercy of milk price fluctuation could use all the help they can get.
I am glad they got to Senator Ritchie 2/3 of the way through the article. It is very evident that the WDT and the Journal have not given much coverage to our new Senator. Prior articles about prison closures mention Addie and Ken in the beginning and Senator Ritchie is mentioned towards the end of the articles. Guess what, she is the only one on the Crime and Corrections committee her vote will make a difference.
Since Mr. Reagan left the journal she has gained a great employee and lost her only supporter in the paper. This is some kind of journalism.
This is fluff, pure window dressing. Senator Ritchie has changed nor will change nothing. The papers are aware of this and are reporting it as such. Are you supporting keeping prisons open and our taxes high because they re local? There wiil be very little change in the status quo so Regan can write all the good stuff he wants. The end result is the real test. Why dont Regan write about his past brushes with the law and Jerry Richards? Why did Ritchie consider someone with a record in her office?
You tell me Blankenbush vote is something to talk about, a minority member. You think Russel's vote means anything, the assembly has more than enough votes with or without her. They do make the headlines everyday or BS. That the part that is not right. Polyinformation
