OCF and WCF Has Been Decided!
Closure of 3700 prison beds is a good budget decision but what beds will be cut? It appears the 3 men in a room finished the budget last weekend. The prisons closures were decided behind closed doors and we will have to wait to see which communities will be effected. The year closure provision has been suppressed for this budget year, that does not leave time for families to up root and move.

A senator with a criminal on her staff has little chance for any pull wiehn it comes to the penal system.
Mr. Regans past will never be put behind him and the fact the Journal tried to cover his escapades for years.

first NNY prison to close is Dry Hill... By August a prison located near Bufflao housing females Albien will close... Two facilities in NYC will close in early September because the land has already been purchased for developement. OCF will close in late October and one of the maximum securtiy facilities may close by December..
The prediator unit in Ogdensburg will be downsized considerably by the end of the year and closed if possible.
This is the plan as drqwn up by Skelos in the Senate but its meeting some opposition in the Assembly. The Senate has more than enough votes for the budget so Patty may get a psss and allowed to vote against it....

One of Senator Ritchies staff was arrested some time ago. He was prosecuted by Jerome Richards. His days at the Journal helped him avoid any real embarrasment as they hid the fact for as much as they could.. This person downed Richards in the paper for years .
Thats a fact and it is a matter of record.

Doug I am dilutional right... Just check with Ritchie on this issue. She is a member of the Senate and they have agreed to it... The Senate gave the prison thing to the governor. Unless she is stupid or missed the meetings she knows....
If it is public record why is it that no one knows what the charges were or what they pertain to. You would think there would be a record someplace. It is not on the net.
It is the record of the Court of juristiction. If you want use the FOIL act to gain it from the court or the DAS office.
I just found the records of one Mr. Powers who tried the second version of urban renewel in Ogdensburg.. Five felonies all reduced because of his families influence in this community.
He got greedy and stupid and almost killed someone as a result of this. He ruined a couple of other lives with his nonsence.
