Journal:Oxley Trial Judge Issues Website Warning
Oxley's Freedom is on Trial Again
The trial is underway. New attorney, new investigators, and another big bill for the County. Enough said!

This is sadly the way of life in Ogdensburg today. Drugs break ins to satisfy their thirst for drugs and violence in their quest for drugs. Wayne Oxley would be in prison today no doubts at all if the following hadnt happened. 1. Judge Richards played God and DA in the first trial thus an appeal that was granted 2. Authorities right from the DA then to the DA now plus cops lied and exagerated the truth on many occassions. 3. Some citizens didnt come forth because of intimidation, such as one of our councilors. 4. Very weak presentation by the current DA 5. Offering a plea bargain to Oxley after all this time and effort was absolutely the seal to insure a hung jury.. Our criminal justice system in the North Country is a joke and always has been.. The good ole boy senerio lives in prosperity here. Plea bargain County and if you dont prepare for some time. Its alright for those who can afford lawyers and have the resources to prove their case.. The hardened criminal laughs at this system as they can do a few days in our local hotel called SLC correctional facility. Look back in the history of Ogdensburg and see how many unsolved murders are on the books. Look back on time and how many women got raped and juries failed to convict them.. Ask your self why to these questions and think its about the happen again.
Hey how about Nicole duva dropping the prosecutation of a gas thief of Jefferson Co. Emergency Management, Now youve got a person who embezzled money from a NFP again referred to SLC DA for justice.
