They Have a Name for it, Educational Bankruptcy |
· Cost of living raises every year of the teacher's contract.
· Teachers get step raises every year they work (30 years of step raises).
· Big raises for administrators.
· Let us not forget 10 and 20K payouts for superintendent notice of retirement.
· Only paying about $25.00/pay check for a premium health insurance plan.
· Only graduating 100 students in a school that supported over 200 when I graduated.

The first step towards sanity here in the city is to elect a new school board. No teachers or teachers relatives just hard working good thinking taxpayers..
Spot ON 7:30 BUT the truth of the matter is that "the school family " controls the vote . The Unions and their extendedfamily OUTNUMBER the rest of we who actuALLY VOTE .
Get organized , taxpayers need to organized and MOBILIZE a get out and Vote campaign to turn this around . In addition pressure your legislative representative namely Ritchie , Russell and others in Legislative leadership post to INTRODUCE legislation that CODIFIES these restrictions !
Otherwise all you have is a Bitch Session it feels good BUT changes NOTHING
TEACHERS ARE ONE OF THE TOP HUGE SUCKING SOUNDS KILLING THIS COUNTRY !!!!!!!!!
I want you teacher bashers to know one thing ........ ITs for the CHILDREN ! .....ITs for the CHILDREN ! ....... ITs for the CHILDREN ! ....... GOT IT !!!!
Bitch all you want but you are literally pissing in the wind UNTIL taxpayers with NO connection to the school VOTE IN GREATER NUMBERS than school employees.
That is TRUTH !!!!
Kudos - That is the truth - but even parents buy into the story! Vote for Non - related Board of Education !!!
