Growth Fund Bylaws See Minor Changes
The Albany law firm of Harris-Beach has revised the bylaws for the Ogdensburg Growth Fund Development Corp. Mr. Silver will review the changes and present them to the Board.  The article indicates minor changes to the bylaws, which you think could be done in house.

These changes should include excluding the mayor from the board.. Speaking of the mayor, I see where his congressional canidate he endorces, Doheny got caught with another woman making out somewhere in Washington.. One of his staffers I think... Best part is he is trying to clean up his image by getting married in a couple of months.. He probably will be a faithful to us as to his finace.... Good luck Matt i you image you have ruined that yourself....
Lots of talk about closing OCF going around again.. Looks gloomy this time.. Anyone got any scops about these rumors????? I talked to someone from Ritchies office and they said they are holding their breath...

O'Burg population in 2000 = about 12,000.

O'Burg population in 2010 + about 9,000.

The only folks being smeared are the taxpayers, because the only growth we are having are the egos in city hall.

It's bad enough to cheat on your fiance'. But to use her, "parade" her around, and act like you believe in family values is quite another.

If Matt is going to cheat on, and lie to, someone he supposedly cares for and loves, it makes me as a conservative voter take notice. Apparently, this guy will "use" anyone, and thinks only of himself.

I was planning on voting for him, but now, I don't think he represents my values. To me he is looking like a lying, cheating, self-serving jerk.

I,m shocked that the blogger Poly Information hasnt posted about the Growth fund as it was him that brought attention to it and its secrecy back about six years ago...

Yeah Mike, we ALL shocked too!!! Why don't you just give the information in a forthright manner rather than playing your little game of asking yourself for stuff.

Do I have to remind you of what Harry Truman said about Richard Nixon?

I want every one to think about why the Watertown times and Journal havnt printed any real articles about the Doheny affair. You and I both know that if this was some Democrat or some other candidate who wasn't the fair-haired golden boy of Caprise Island in ABAy this would be the big news of the day or week.

To say that NNY media outlets such as the Watertown Daily Times don't know how to deal with the rough and tumble just doesn't pass the smell test. They've proven time and time again that they're more than capable of going round for round with the best of them when they WANT to. Unfortunately, this time they seem to have been bought and paid for by team Doheny and his fists full of cash. By all but ignoring or minimizing this story, they're doing their readership a huge disservice.

This IS a story. It's a story about trust, respect, responsibility and judgement. Do any of these words apply to Doheny? Has he learned NOTHING from his alcohol-related exploits of a few years ago. Do we really want to send this forty-something fratbot to Congress? Our mayor supports him but look at Nelsons values..

Putting terms like values and responsible politicians in the same sentence is futile ------------ these statements are all oxymorons
