Journal:Penalties Loom For Teachers
Annual Professional Performance Review of Teachers
A Step In The Right Direction. Making teachers accountable is step one. Making the administration do their job should be step 2. One cannot happen without the other.
I think the school adminstrators have shrugged offf their duties long enough. Firing incompetant teachers should be a must for the Ogdensburg School District.. Firing administrators that dont do their job is up to our elected school board.... Both have to do their job... A review board must be set up but seeing the teachers and their union let it be known they wanted no part in the process they should be given their wish... They should have no say whats so ever.....
