I very well written article! Innocents and guilt should be decided by a judge and jury, not on public opinion. Everyone has an opinion and this has caught major headlines across the nation. Ogdensburg had the Oxley case and central Florida has Trayvon Martin.

If it was a white teenager and a black shooter, the black guy would have been lynched by now! Trayvon had a hoodie on, but I think our Blogmaster wears a white sheet with eye holes in it.
Thats the type of judgment the editor was refering to... Nancy Grace and all the holler and yell hate shows on TV generate the rage and verdicts..
Do you really want to live in a country that media decides who is guilty and who is innocent.. I dont.. I know our system leaves a lot to be desired but let the process take place first.. If there is reason to arrest him then do it.. Take him to court.. Present your evidence to a jury and they will decide...

Its a little like the accusations about the Congressional canidate Doheny.. You must veiw the film on Gawkers first then come to a conclusion. He is fast to defend his action and his staff has written all sorts of absolutely crazy things trying to explain this behavior..
I personally dont need to know why it happened, I seen it happen by watching the film.. My actions and recourse in this matter is what I wiil do... NOt vote for him..
Even the evidence is being seen through partisan racial (racist) eyes. Zimmerman appears to many not to have been a victim of assault, but nobody was there that night. All we can do is form a good assumption from eyewitnesses and the video and audio evidence.
I think there is a pretty clear manslaughter case here, it is awful that they let Zimmerman go on his own recognizance with the weapon that killed the teenager. That is simply inexcusable.
New evidence does show bruises to Zimmmerman's head that night. Witnesses place Martin on top of Zimmerman. There must be medical records as Zimmerman went to the hospital afterward. I am openminded enough to let the investigation lead to a conclusion that is not driven by a media frenzy. Truth will come out.
One thing that really sticks out is the picture of Martin and the picture of Zimmerman. Martin's is of him when he was 12, not as a 17 year old. Zimmerman's is as he went into the police station right afterward. Somewhat predjudicial against Zimmerman.
Thats what the video of Doheny does it places im almost on top of his aide, kissing and fondeling her butt. For the Watertwon times reporter now aide to Doheny to state otherwise is absolutely not ture. Type in the Words Doheny then Gawkers it comes up on the computer. Make your own choice.. Is this Congressional material and is this proper for a man to get married next month....

Two days ago, a representative for GOP Congressional candidate Matt Doheny swore that photos of him kissing campaign consultant Monica Notzon were totally innocent. The photos were "out of context," Monica protested.
So the New York Post stepped up and found more context: a video of Doheny simultaneously caressing Monica's butt and a blonde woman's lower back, from the night of the steakhouse smooches.
Doheny—who is scheduled to marry brunette fiancée Mary in June—is running for a seat in New York's 23rd District, which he lost by fewer than 2,000 votes in 2010. He was in D.C. to attend the House Republians' "candidate school"—two days of workshops and seminars for the fifteen "strongest GOP challengers in the country."
He's also a "party-hearty kind of guy," according to the Post, which notes two "boating while impaired" arrests and a "Wall Street-type—go, go, go, work hard, play hard" attitude. Personally I want someone representing me in Congress with a family morality and values and not some party boy who is rich at others expense trying to buy our votes... I,ll vote Green in the primary..

What about Nelson and Morleys rush to judgemnt on Sciorra? Does that qualify as improper or just how and why it was done????
I agree this case should be settled with a trial. Not an anger crowd looking for a lynching. The presentation of this case has been totally misleading. Close-up of zimmerman making him big and scary, a 5 year old picture of Trayvon very misleading.
This needs to be in court, overlooked by the state attorney, but putting it in the paper makes it harder to get a fair trial. If Zimmerman is guilty so be, but lets the courts make that decision.
