Journal:Oxley's Second Murder Trial To Begin Tuesday

Wayne Oxley back in Court
I was driving down New York Avenue last week and caught a glimpse of Mr. Oxley talking to someone on the corner of his previous residents.  I figured the trial was coming up soon.  The subpoenas are out and everyone is to report Tuesday for the start of the trial.

Two witnesses have changed their testimony, so it should prove to be an interesting trial.  Mrs. Duve, District Attorney and Jerome Richards, Judge have a better knowledge of their jobs and hopefully things will run by the book this time.

Have you been called to be a jurors?

The taxpayers will eat this trial. Then again Duve has not gone to trial, most are plea bargins. Bank robbers get electronic monitoring. What a joke.

He was never guilty in the first place. Newly elected officials trying to make a name for themselves.

Time is here, we have all been waiting for this trial. It will be in the streets, dirt bags will convict him, drug dealers will feel sorry for him.

This is a big black eye for Ogdensubrg. They need to get this over with.

Wayne Sr. said they already know who the killer is. What are we having this trial for. Is it still about pride.
