The City turmoil continues! This just reinforces the chaos that exists between Mr. Scorria and his department/s head/s. With continual infighting not much of the City's business is getting done.
How deep this goes and what other departments are run without oversight only Art knows. The City Council is left in the dark, fed only half truths and misdirection does not fend well with the voters going into an election.

Sciora and Woods have been out of the loop with people from day one. Nelson promoted both to help with his illution of the Cosmetic city and thats what they have done.
Only a blind person or an idiot with no opinion on anything cant see this. With his boys (Vaugh,Powers) they have pretty well controlled Ogdensburgs progress which is zero. Like I said before all three have only promoted their own interests.. The thing that bothers me is that now Cilley is starting to follow and Sakmpy just oh well hes Skampe....
The next crew will be coming on board in November. Hosmer, Ashley, McCoy, McGrath, Amo what will we get with these guys. Go along like the rest. Is anyone going to change what we have.
Morley has gven an update why not Nelson... Why is Nelson so quiet.. I feel a coverup coming... Everyone that works for the city don bend over... Woods and Sciora signed an agreemet not to tell the press anything..... In other words you lie and I wont tell Hopefully city council dosnt try and push this under the rug and fires both of these incompetants.
Vaugh and Powers hve been asked but they claim they know nothing.. They run around shooting off their mouths when it involves Pepsi or Prisions but anything that really concerns tqxpayers keep quiet... The three AMigos ride agin.
Mr. Nelson hired Mr.Scorria. Sciorria hired Justin Woods. You can bet You bottom dollar all three have knowledge of all the back door, under handed, shady deals that have taken place. And it has more than likely involve millions of tax payers money. Now they are using tax payers lawyer Andy Silver (city Attorney) to rangle their butts out of the frying pan.
Why is Art Scorria always using the city attorney for his own personal devious actions? Is Andy Silver the City Attorney or Arts Personal Attorney. Andy Silver Is on our tax dollar and the information collected by Andy is the Taxpayers information.

I,ll miss Nelsons phony smile. No way out of this one... The blogger who questioned the city attornies part is right. Any info given is taxpayers info...The poolice chief should also be involved in this investigation. Taxpayer money is our money. This act by Woods borders on criminal and Arts response to it deserves firing.. Dont try and hide this in executive session and makethe canidates take a stand on this issue.. No waffling guys. Openly debate it go to the council meetings and openly ask about it and demand answers for us the public. Any CANIDATE THAT DOSNT ATTEND MEETINGS AND GET SOME ANSWERS ISNT WORTHY OF VOTING FOR. The new counsiolors can make a difference before elected if they are worthy of our votes.
In Ogdensburg Art Scorria is the SUPREME DICTATOR of all Department Heads. You do not have an opinion in a meeting - its his way or the highway. Why is Andy Silver Art Scorria's personal attorney - in Scorria's job discription did it include an attorney. Who represents Ogdensburg ! Morley and Sholette can't do it on their own!

We you take someones money its larceny. We you steal things like electricity or cable service its theft of service. wHY ARNT THE POLICE INVOLVED. Mr. Woods allowed these people to avoid paying us aprox 18000 dollars. were the taxes paid?? I understand Grant money was used.. Who eklse was denied help by that grant money to allow this to happen.. I toatlly believe the police should be involved and the attorney general brought in on this matter. Council must be held responsible for this money and the culpridspunished accordingly... Right now we are in the early stages of a coverup....
I also believe what a previous commentator said about all council canidates... They should attend meetings at city hall make their position known and demand answers from our current counsilors.. Dont hide from te meetings.... I to encourage taxpayers not to vote for any of them that refuse to attend meetings and demand answers. Also their positions should be disclosed....
I think the attorny general should call for a STate audit of all city dealings not fony for their legality but for possible criminal action if warranted.. How much City money is missing and who took it? Nelsons dealings have been tainted over the last couple of yers.. Vaugh failed t notify of missing consitantly meetings but the mayor and Art covered up and Powers got involved with the Prison union deception and now hes running for cover.... We certainly need changes...

It's funny how much every retard here seems to know what is going on. believe the rag tag paper, your better off with the ANtional enquirer and who is sleeping with Charlie Sheen than believing anything in that paper. You people bust on on good men in this council. I know every one of these gentlemen and you people are the ignorant ones. These men serve on their own time. They have done good things for our community, whether fight for a prison, or local bottler, help residents behind the scenes and serve with respect and integrity.
I have complete confidence that this council will investigate and handle these matters accordingly.
